I built the FA-6127 Extreme Wrap to replace restrictive OEM paper filters

After four decades working on Class 6–8 trucks, I’ve seen what starved airflow does — hot turbos, lazy throttle response, higher EGTs, and DPF systems begging for regen. This filter is built around a high-flow, washable synthetic media that maintains airflow even as it gets dirty. Unlike paper, it doesn’t collapse, swell, or choke the intake under sustained load. Your turbo stays in its efficiency range, boost comes on cleaner, and combustion stays stable — which directly reduces forced regens and soot loading.

Competitor Differentiation
